At Haya Organic, we prioritize customer satisfaction and the quality of every product we deliver. Since we deal with natural, handmade, and consumable goods, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and hygiene standards.

✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or spoiled item.

  • You received the wrong product that does not match your order.

  • The item is expired or unsafe for use upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide photo or video proof of the issue for verification.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind or dislike of taste/smell

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

💰 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a full or partial refund based on the issue.

  • Refunds will be issued via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your preferred mobile wallet number for refund processing.

🔄 Replacement Option

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability), we will arrange a free re-delivery at no additional cost.
